Geoff Osborn focuses his practice on construction defect claims and general construction matters including contract drafting, contractor licensing, mechanics' liens, collection and delay claims. Geoff 's practice also includes representing manufacturers of construction materials in products liability litigation spanning multiple states. His clients include owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Geoff worked extensively in the construction industry prior to attending law school as a contractor in the industrial flooring and coatings industry and as a sales representative for a distributor in the architectural and decorative concrete industry. |
