Jennifer Rubin concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and mortgage litigation, as well as title insurance defense. A significant amount of Jennifer’s business is related to serving the mortgage banking industry. She is also chair of the firm’s Law Clerk Committee and a member of the firm's Strategic Opportunity Assessment Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer clerked for the Honorable H. Dean Hall (now retired) of the Tenth Judicial Circuit.
Jennifer has served on the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Task Force on Public Access to Electronic Court Records and on the Mortgage Issues Working Group established by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. |
