Cynthia Blair is the department head for the Transactional Law Department and concentrates
her practice in REO (real estate owned) and residential real estate transactions. This practice
consists of title resolution, mobile home law, contract and loan-document drafting, and buyer
and seller representation. A significant amount of Cynthia’s practice is representation of
lenders and loan servicers in the disposition of real estate assets obtained through foreclosure.
While obtaining her masters degree in International Business, Cynthia clerked for the
corporate counsel of BellSouth Chile, S.A. in Santiago, Chile. She was an assistant public
defender with the Richland County Public Defender from 1996-2000. Cynthia is proficient in Spanish. |
