Stuart Lee’s practice involves negotiating commercial contracts, commercial and residential real estate development transactions, borrower and lender representation in commercial real estate financing, establishing mixed-use developments, internal ownership documentation, and business formations. He represents utility companies in property acquisitions and dispositions. He represents developers in the creation of new home residential communities, and commercial and mixed-use developments. Stuart drafts restrictive covenants for major developers, establishes homeowners’ associations for community governance, and handles resort property development, including single-family housing and condominiums on ocean, lake, and mountain properties.
Additionally, Stuart represents banks as lender’s counsel and prepares loan documentation including workouts and loan modifications. He has organized and handled multi-state commercial real estate transactions, assisted in major mall and retail center acquisitions, and represented a client for the property sale of a major university’s sports facility. Stuart has previously represented wireless communication carriers, and communication tower companies. He has also represented clients before local zoning boards and is a licensed title agent. |
