Amy Landers May represents individuals and fiduciaries in the planning and administration of small and large estates, as well as guardianships, conservatorships, and other protective proceedings. Her practice also includes assisting clients with Medicaid and Medicare issues, fiduciary administration and appointments, special and supplemental needs trusts, and general probate litigation. She is frequently appointed as guardian ad litem and in other fiduciary capacities by South Carolina Probate Courts.
As part of her real estate experience she represents individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, contract negotiations, landlords in eviction actions, termination of land sale contracts, and adverse possession actions. |
