Harriet Luttrell concentrates her practice in commercial and business lending. She represents banks and non-bank lenders primarily in SBA economic development lending transactions. She organizes, coordinates and closes these transactions on a high-volume basis. Her work includes drafting loan agreements and related loan documents, determining marketable title of real estate, analyzing, reconciling and approving project costs, and assuring compliance with bank commitment letters and SBA Lending Authorizations and policies. Harriet is also a licensed title agent.
During law school, Harriet served as Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review. She is the author of Video Poker: A Survey of Recent Developments Surrounding the Legal and Moral Debate, 51 S.C.L. Rev. 1065 (2000). |
