Sean Foerster concentrates his practice in litigation, with particular emphasis on real estate, title insurance, tax sale, and foreclosure litigation.
Sean graduated cum laude from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Sean worked as a Legal Writing Clinic Assistant, served on the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal, and served as a Board Member of the Pro Bono Program. He was a member of The International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. Sean was the recipient of the CALI Award in Professional Responsibility as well as the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award for his service as a guardian ad litem representing abused and neglected children. |
