Stephen C. Lenker, Jr. concentrates his practice on commercial transactions, commercial real estate, corporate law and creditors' rights issues. In connection with his practice, Stephen represents clients in a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lending transactions, and the formation and restructuring of business entities. Stephen graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in English. Stephen received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal.
