Michael Stein has concentrated his practice in the area of collections, debtor-creditor litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy throughout North Carolina since 1996. His practice encompasses motions and trial practice, arbitration and mediation in virtually every county in the State. He is admitted to practice in all three Districts of the United States District Courts in North Carolina. Michael received his J.D. in 1995 from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. in 1992 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
