Chris Parnell is Head of the North Carolina REO (real estate owned) department. Chris focuses on REO, commercial and residential real property transactions, including title resolution. He also assists clients in real estate acquisition and development, represents commercial and residential lenders and business transactions, including creating, representing and advising corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Chris has been in private practice for over 34 years, representing many individuals, lenders and businesses in all aspects of real estate transactions. He is currently participating in the development of curriculum on fraud and SAFE issues for DS NEWS. |
