  Matt McKee has concentrated his practice in the area of creditor bankruptcy, debtor-creditor litigation and foreclosure throughout North Carolina since 2002. His practice encompasses motions and trial practice in all three federal districts in North Carolina and throughout the state. He is admitted to practice in all three Districts of the United States District Courts in North Carolina. Matt received his J.D. in 2001 from Mercer School of Law and his B.S. from Western Carolina University in 1989.  After graduating from law school Matt served as the law clerk for the Honorable J. Rich Leonard, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
