John Hearn focuses on resolving title insurance claims, contested foreclosure matters, property tax sale disputes, and a variety of business litigation. Much of John’s work is for banks and other mortgage lenders. John litigates disputes over lien priorities, establishes easements for access to land, and travels the state defending claims against lenders.
John is currently the editor of Richland County Bar Association's newsletter, Richbar News. He also serves as a volunteer Attorney to Assist for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. John chairs the firm's charitable coordination effort, the Good Neighbor Council.
John clerked for the Honorable J. Ernest Kinard, Jr. of the Fifth Judicial Circuit after law school. |
