Ryan McCabe has assisted multiple homeowners associations and community associations with developer transition negotiations, including drafting covenants, bylaws, and transaction agreements. He also handles issues that involve litigation of collections and covenant enforcements.
Ryan has extensive experience in the construction industry. Prior to practicing law, he was a trade contractor working in the EIFS (USG system certified), stucco, plaster, drywall, and acoustical ceiling industries. He holds a South Carolina Residential Specialty Contractors License.
Ryan is a South Carolina Circuit Court Arbitrator. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for James C. Williams, Jr., Resident Judge of the First Judicial Circuit. |
