RTT also represents numerous clients in Corporate Law matters. This representation also includes advising boards of directors and shareholders on Corporate Law matters. We assist clients in the formation of closely held corporations, non-profit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

RTT advises clients in all areas of employment law, such as hiring, personnel policies, job descriptions, warnings, layoffs, terminations, wage and hour law, union matters, union organizing drives, unfair labor practices and litigation. Our attorneys have advised clients and successfully tried cases regarding all types of employment discrimination cases. We are experienced in drafting and litigating covenants not to compete and agreements not to solicit clients and employees.
We frequently advise our corporate clients how to stay out of court. If an employee or ex-employee files a lawsuit, our attorneys are prepared to mediate, arbitrate or litigate according to the client’s instructions. We have attorneys that are certified mediators and one certified American Arbitration Association arbitrator.
